Bloom Festal (Japanese:春祭Spring Festival) is a healingrod which was introduced inFire Emblem Fates. It is the simplest of theHoshidan rods, being easy to pick up and wield, and healing no less than 7 HP to one ally who is close to the user.

Fire Emblem Cipher

Bloom Festal is a common skill inFire Emblem Cipher, found on cards depicting members ofHoshidan healer classes. Characters who have cards with Bloom Festal includeSakura,Azama, andMitama. The skill has the same effect on all of these cards: for a cost of flipping 2 bond cards, the user may choose one discarded card in their Retreat Area which does not depict the current user of the skill, and add that card to their hand. It works identically to the more commonHeal skill present on the cards of non-Hoshidan healers.
