Blizzard (Japanese:ブリザーBlizzar orブリザードBlizzard) is a magic weapon with an ice aesthetic; its general properties vary from game to game.
In games set onArchanea, Blizzard is a fairly standard low-leveltome; it dealsbonus damage toFire Dragons inMystery of the Emblem, and has a highercritical rate in other games.
In games set onJugdral andTellius, Blizzard is long-rangewind magic, a counterpart toBolting andMeteor. As with all other wind magic inPath of Radiance andRadiant Dawn, it deals bonus damage to flying units.
InFire Emblem Heroes, Blizzard is agreen tome skill, and is apersonal weapon ofGunnthrá, the eldest princess ofNifl. It boosts its user'sresistance, and boosts theirattack based on the penalties they are inflicted with.
InFire Emblem: Three Houses, Blizzard is a low-levelblack magic spell. In comparison toFire, Blizzard has lower accuracy and is slightly heavier, but it has a higher critical hit rate.
