Barigan (Japanese:バリガンBaligant) was one of theEight Legends ofElibe who fought in theScouring. He andHanon the Horsewoman are the least known about among the Eight Legends. What is known about him is that he wielded the freezing lance,Maltet, and after the Scouring, he founded the nation ofIlia.
