Arcane Thunder

Arcane Thunder (Japanese:魔器・雷公の書Magic vessel · thunder god tome) is a weaponskill in theblue tome category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. When its user'sHP is not low, Arcane Thunder boosts their stats and cooldown charge and neutralizes the foe's bonuses, and if its user'sspeed is higher than their foe's, it neutralizes effects guaranteeing the foe or preventing the user'sfollow-up attacks.
