Arcane Tempest (Japanese:魔器・暁風の刃Magic vessel · dawn wind's blade) is a weaponskill in thedagger category which debuted inFire Emblem Heroes. When its user'sHP is not low, Arcane Tempest boosts its user's stats based on the foe'sattack, reduces the damage dealt by the foe, and neutralizes effects guaranteeing the foe's or preventing the user'sfollow-up attacks if the user'sspeed is higher than the foe's.
