Ambrosia (Japanese:アンブロシアAmbrosia) is aprovision item that debuted inFire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. Ambrosia is a unique provision with advancedfatigue recovery effect, restoring 40 fatigue points to whomever consumes it, and also serves asEchoes: Shadows of Valentia's analog to theDracoshield andShield Ring in that it also permanently increases theDefense of whomever consumes it by 2 points. It reappears inThree Houses as a weaker version of theGiant Shell, boosting defense by 1 point, and it is obtained through gardening.
