TheAltered Demonic Beast (Japanese:魔獣・改Altered demon beast) is amonster class which debuted inFire Emblem: Three Houses. Some are unknown members of theAdrestian Empire that have been transformed by the power of aCrest Stone, while others are knights ofFaerghus that have used a Crest Stone to transform themselves. It acts as a stronger successor to theDemonic Beast.

Though the Altered Demonic Beast lacks proper programmed stats, they tend to be physically strong, having highstrength as well as three largehealth bars, which are bolstered further by their highdefense andRenewal. They can additionally breathe fire, igniting terrain and weakening the defense of their opponents. Moreover, theirspeed is also above average compared to most monsters, making them more difficult to follow-up against. Though theirresistance is lacking, theirbarrier ability,Anti-Magic Armor, provides them protection against magic attacks. They have lowmovement, and, like most monsters in the game, their large size prevents them from moving through one-space-wide areas, further limiting their mobility.
