Notarial services in missions abroad
Finnish missions abroad provide notary public services.
Notary publics are responsible for legalisations, including authentication of signatures and copies of documents, and certification of the content of a document.
Customers must prove their identity with a passport or an identity card. Notarisation is by appointment only and a fee applies. It may not always be possible to issue a notarial certificate during the appointment.
