December 1971)Supervisor Bragg Dies at Age 65KNOXVILLE - Dale H. Bragg, 65, Knoxville, a member of the Knox County Board of Supervisors for 18 years, died Wednesday at 9 a.m. at his winter home at Sebing, Fla.Mr. Bragg was born Oct. 12, 1906, in Knox County, where he resided all his life. He married the former Genevieve Murdock April 11, 1942, at Galesburg.He was a member of the highway and executive committees of the Board of Supervisors, a former chairman of the Knox County Republican Central Committee, and had served as a township assessor. He was a lifelong Republican.In 1958 he made an unsuccessful attempt to win his party's nomination for county sheriff.Funeral Saturday:Bragg was in the real estate and insurance business in Knoxville for many years and was a ground instructor for the former Currey Flying Service at the Galesburg Airport for several years. He was a member of the Knoxville Kiwanis Club and various Masonic orders. In 1956 he was Knox County chairman for the American Cancer Society.Survivors include the widow; a brother, Gene, Fort Myers, Fla., and three sisters, Mrs. Josephine Thomas, Galesburg, Mrs. Lois Reinheimer, Lutz, Fla., and Mrs. Jane Peterzen, Clinton. Iowa.Funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel, where visitation will be Friday night. Burial will be at Haynes Cemetery near Knoxville
