Dr. D Leigh Colvin, 79, Prohibitionist Party candidate for president of the United States in 1936, died Monday. Colvin became an active prohibitionist when he was 19 and at his death was president of the International Reform Federation of Washington and honorary president of the World Prohibition Federation of London.
