This multi-phased project included the 64,900 square foot renovation for multiple mission charges for the base. This facilities’ operations are classified as incorporating multiple Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) for the new Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA), Intel Targeting Group, and Cyber missions. In addition, the facility incorporates a new first impression for the new missions and Wing Administration support spaces. Antiterrorism/Force Protection requirements were incorporated into the development of this project. The entire facility was designed to LEED Silver requirements utilizing energy efficient heat pumps and geo-thermal wells system.
