'So You Think You Can Dance': Cat Deeley says Ryan Seacrest should win

After last night’s dance-packed episode ofSo You Think You Can Dance, one can understand why host Cat Deeley would want to kick back in her dressing room in a pair of cut-off jeans and her bare feet — especially after getting a look at the pair of four-inch heels she had to wear for the two-hour episode. In an exclusive backstage interview, Deeley also explained how Season 4SYTYCD winner Joshua Allen caused her a “war wound”; demonstrated her unnerving Mary Murphy impression; and expounded on why she thinks fellow best Reality TV Host nominee Ryan Seacrest deserves to win an Emmy over her: “He has held together the biggest TV show on the planet.” Check out the video below:
