Dwayne Johnson was the big winner at the 2021 People's Choice Awards, taking home trophies for Male Movie Star of 2021 and Comedy Movie Star of 2021, as well as the honorary People's Champion Award.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe also had a good night, claiming awards forScarlett Johansson andBlack Widow,Simu Liu andShang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, andTom Hiddleston andLoki.

The annual fan-voted awards show—which spans 40 categories and honors numerous forms of entertainment across movies, television, music, and pop culture—aired on NBC and E! simultaneously from the Barker Hanger in Santa Monica, Calif.Kenan Thompson hosted.

Honorary awards were also handed out toChristina Aguilera, who received the inaugural Music Icon Award,Halle Berry, who got the People's Icon Award, andKim Kardashian, who landed the Fashion Icon Award.
