Located at the resort community of Regina Beach, only 30 minutes from Regina, provides not only a great wedding venue location but offers numerous unique settings for beautiful wedding photos!
Our 10-acre venue accommodates up to 250 guests comfortably for the ceremony and reception. There is also ample green space for guests to mingle and to set up games for the children of all ages!

Secluded Venue Site …
The ceremony site includes a timber arch, flower bed with white seasonal blooms and rustic timber benches to comfortably seat 250 guests!
The 10-acre site can accommodate weddings of up to 250 guests in the outdoor ceremony area and in the reception tent!
There is ample guest parking, plenty of green space for guests to mingle, and space for games and activities to be set up for children of all ages!

The Basic Wedding Package!
Exclusive Venue Access for 48 hours
With over ten acres, you and up to 250 guests can enjoy the privacy of this beautiful site including all our event spaces from noon Friday to noon Sunday. You will have access to onsite parking, an outdoor ceremony site, grain bin bar and our 4800 sq ft (60’x80′) event tent!
Venue Coordinator
You’ll be assigned a venue coordinator who will serve as your contact throughout the planning process and assist you with any venue-related questions or planning needs you may have. Our experienced coordinator will be your “go to” person and will be available by phone, email and in person for site tours and meetings as required. A Details meeting will be scheduled one month prior to the event.
Ceremony Site
The site includes a timber arch located in front of a flower bed which features an assortment of white flowers. Our beautiful handmade premium wood benches are the perfect complement to any decor! Natural timber stumps are available for the guestbook and add to the natural decor.
Grain Bin Bar & Cocktail Tables
Our custom-built Grain Bin Bar is the perfect place for your guests to get their drinks to get their dance on! The bar comes equipped with a cooler, drink tubs to keep favorite beverages cold, wooden cocktail tables and outside string bulb lighting! The setting is perfect for mingling with your guests and will enhance the elegance of your event.
Event Tent
The 4,800 sq ft Event Tent (80’x60′) with cathedral windows, string bulb lighting, turf flooring and 21’x21′ dance floor. We also have a raised stage that is the perfect place for the head table, and our podium is available for use in your ceremony or reception as needed. Adding your personalized back drop for the head table gives a finishing touch to the decor, providing an elegant reception space that comfortably seats up to 250 guests! We can add an additional 1,200 sq ft section to the tent upon request as an additional service if additional space is required.
Wedding Photo Sites
There are numerous locations on site for your wedding photos. If you wish to add variety and take advantage of the many scenic areas around the beach, we offer package add-ons for transportation and antique vehicle props. Please see the next section for additional services.
On-Site Washrooms
Washroom facilities are available with at least one accessible unit.
On-Site Parking
Ample parking space is available with signage directing guests to the parking site. We will provide a golf cart that can be used to shuttle guests who are not as mobile.
Wedding Package Pricing
Basic Wedding Package
$6,500
- Weekend venue rental for 2-day period as outlined above. Time for set up, rehearsal, event day and teardown.
- Clean up service not included in pricing.
- Venue coordinator to provide assistance and consultation on all venue-related matters once booking is confirmed until the final Detail meeting one month prior to the event.
- Client Portal account access.
- Access to our preferred vendors list.
Weekday Wedding Package
$3,500
- Venue rental for 2-day period, Monday to Thursday as outlined above. Time for set up, rehearsal, event day and teardown.
- Clean up service not included in pricing.
- Venue coordinator to provide assistance and consultation on all venue-related matters once booking is confirmed until the final Detail meeting one month prior to the event.
- Client Portal account access.
- Access to our preferred vendors list.
Small Wedding Package
$3,500
- Weekend 2 day venue rental for up to 100 guests as outlined above. Time for set up, rehearsal, event day and teardown.
- Clean up service not included in pricing.
- Venue coordinator to provide assistance and consultation on all venue-related matters once booking is confirmed until the final Detail meeting one month prior to the event.
- Client Portal account access.
- Access to our preferred vendors list.
Service Packages!
Our All Inclusive Service Package is available for $2,900 and allows us to help you enjoy a stress free day! This package includes2 Bartenders for the day; Table bussing for the reception & evening; Event Coordinator for the day; Parking & Golf Cart Attendant; All bar beverage cups, ice, bar mixers, water, coffee, tea, creamer & sugar; Bar set up, tear down & Liquor License. You will be able to select your bar menu and we will set the bar prices accordingly!
All packages require a 20% deposit to reserve and hold requested date
Remaining balance is due in two installments with the final payment due 14 days before the event date
