Note: Spartiates (*) is barred from running in the 2024 European Parliament election. The country’s top court ruled that the party did not fulfil the set requirements to contest the vote, as the real leader of the party is former XA spokesperson and MP, Ilias Kasidiaris, who is among the former Golden Dawn members that were found guilty of running a criminal organisation and are currently in prison. At the same time, charges have been brought against 11 MPs originally elected on the Spartiates list for deceiving voters in the June 2023 national election by taking guidance from the imprisoned neo-nazi politician.
