A completely off the cuff drawing and poem based on my recent experiences reading about modern art history, thinking about bombardment/spectacle/hypernormalisation, kill gameplay, and the way I've been using The Binding Of Isaac as a mindless distraction from the state of the world. Its really fascinating to me that it's initially very provocative aesthetics and narrative become completely background noise as the gameplay drives on and on.
