Ljubljana, 22 October - President Nataša Pirc Musar announced that the next general election in Slovenia will be held in March 2026 as she consulted representatives of the parliamentary parties on the possible dates on Wednesday. These have been narrowed down to the last three Sundays in March, i.e. 15, 22 or 29 March.
