At the time of May 2024 commencement, engineering undergraduates reported the following employment outcomes.
2024 Graduation Survey
- 65% of all engineering majors were employed full-time.
- 13% were attending graduate school.
- 14% were still seeking employment.
- 2% had not yet started a job search.
- 6% provided no information.
In addition:
- 20% accepted positions outside of the MD/DC/VA area.
- 17% accepted positions with the federal government.
- Over 83% of the graduating class had at least one intern/co-op experience.
