Spy Lu Defeng, who was arrested by the Dandong City Public Security Bureau, is also called Lu Yongde. Hisassumed name is Fan Zheng and his code is 8977. He is a male, 50 years old and a native of Kuandian County. Before being arrested, he was a teacher of the workers' education section of the Dandong City paper pulp plant.
