No, Turkish only has ⟨a⟩, ⟨e⟩, ⟨ı⟩, ⟨i⟩, ⟨o⟩, ⟨ö⟩, ⟨u⟩, ⟨ü⟩ for vowels. I think the closest in sound is the letterIı, but Azerbaijani ə is usually e in Turkish.—Stephen^(Talk)06:10, 18 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
