Mo Zhang (Chinese:張墨;[3] born 17 January 1989) is a femaleChinese-borntable tennis player who now represents Canada.[4] She was born inShijiazhuang, and currently resides inVancouver.[citation needed]

Career

She competed at the2008 Summer Olympics, reaching the third round of thesingles competition.[citation needed]

With her win at the2011 Pan American Games inGuadalajara,Mexico, she qualified for theLondon 2012 Olympic Games.[5]

She won a bronze medal in the women's doubles withAnqi Luo at the2014 Commonwealth Games inGlasgow.[6]

In June 2016, she was officially named toCanada's 2016 Olympic team.[7] At the2016 Summer Olympics, she lost in the second round to Hungary'sGeorgina Póta.[8]

She represented Canada at the2020 Summer Olympics.[9] Zhang qualified for her fifth Olympics in 2024.[10]
