Zinc finger protein 300 is aprotein that in humans is encoded by theZNF300gene.[3][4] The protein encoded by this gene is a C2H2-typezinc finger DNA binding protein and a likelytranscription factor.

It is antisense to the human gene,C16orf71, indicating possibility of regulated alternative expression.[5]

Clinical relevance

[edit]

It is associated with Crohn's disease.[6]
