Yuki Yoshioka (吉岡有紀,Yoshioka Yūki) (born September 14, 1994) is a Japaneseprofessional wrestler currently signed toDragongate. He is a formerOpen the Dream Gate Champion.[3]

Mexican independent circuit (2020)

In addition to his work with Dragon Gate, Yoshioka briefly competed on theMexican independent circuit. On September 13, 2020, at ahouse show promoted by theIWRG, he teamed with Shun Skywalker in an unsuccessful challenge against Dragon Bane andEl Hijo de Canis Lupus in the finals of a number one contendership tournament for theIWRG Intercontinental Tag Team Championship.[4]

Dragon Gate (2016–present)

Yoshioka made hisprofessional wrestling debut on October 29, 2016, during the fifteenth day of theGate of Victory tour, where he teamed withGenki Horiguchi andRyo Saito in a losing effort againstBen-K,Masaaki Mochizuki and Peter Kaasa.[5]

He later joined theR.E.D. stable, debuting with the group on October 7, 2020, during theGate of Victory tour.[6] On January 12, 2022, Yoshioka, along withEita andKaito Ishida, was expelled from the stable after the other members appointedShun Skywalker as their new leader.[7] The following day, atOpen the New Year Gate 2022, he joined the D'courage stable, teaming with Dragon Dia to defeatSB Kento and H.Y.O for theOpen the Twin Gate Championship.[8] At theUltimo Dragon 35th Anniversary event on July 30, 2022, Yoshioka defeatedKai to capture theOpen the Dream Gate Championship.[9]

Yoshioka has competed in several of Dragon Gate's signature events, including theGate of Destiny. He made his first appearance at the 2018 edition on November 3, teaming withMasaaki Mochizuki andShun Skywalker in a three-way elimination match for theOpen the Triangle Gate Championship, which was ultimately won by Natural Vibes (Genki Horiguchi,Kzy andSusumu Yokosuka).[10] At the 2020 edition on November 4, he teamed withBxB Hulk andH.Y.O in a losing effort against Team Dragon Gate (Ben-K,Dragon Dia andStrong Machine J).[11]

He also participated in theKing of Gate tournament, debuting in the 2019 edition where he competed in Block B and scored two points against Eita, Susumu Yokosuka,Masato Yoshino,Yasushi Kanda andYosuke♥Santa Maria.[12] Yoshioka won the 2022 edition of the tournament by defeatingKota Minoura in the final.[13]
