Yttrium (90Y) tacatuzumab tetraxetan is an investigationalhumanized monoclonal antibody intended for the treatment of cancer.[1] The antibody itself, tacatuzumab, is conjugated withtetraxetan, achelator foryttrium-90,[2] aradioisotope which destroys the tumour cells.
