Younes Ali Rahmati (Persian:یونسعلی رحمتی; born 3 January 1983) is aQatarifootball coach and a former player who is the currently head coach ofQatar Stars League clubAl Ahli. He played as amidfielder and was a member of theQatar national football team.
Ali is nicknamed "Guardiola" because he used to play alongsidePep Guardiola, whom he considered his role model, inAl Ahli.
