On TV, news is broadcast daily onYle TV1 at 11:00, 15:00, 17:00, 18:00, 20:30 and 21:45EET. The main broadcast, at 20:30 on Yle TV1, is known asYle Uutiset klo 20:30. It usually receives about 700,000 to 900,000 viewers. Viewership almost always reaches over 1,000,000 if something remarkable has happened.
