Yasmin Paige (born 1991 or 1992) is an English actress. She played the film role of Jordana Bevan inSubmarine, and has appeared on television as Beth Mitchell inPramface, andMaria Jackson inThe Sarah Jane Adventures.[2]
Paige was born inLondon, to aJewish mother and Muslim ArabIraqi father.[3] She has acted since the age of four and made her screen debut in the 2003 filmWondrous Oblivion. Paige also starred inThe Mysti Show[4][5] and had a reduced role in the second series ofThe Sarah Jane Adventures to accommodate herGCSE exams.[6]
Paige appeared as one of the leads, Petrova Fossil, inBallet Shoes,[7] and co-starred as Jordana Bevan in the 2010 filmSubmarine. In February and March 2012, she played Beth Mitchell in the six-partBBC Three comedyPramface and returned to this role for a second series in 2013. She appeared as Nicky in theChannel 4 dramaSpoof or Die, which aired on 30 July 2012.[8] In 2014, she had the main role in the E4 teen dramaGlue.
