Xonrupt-Longemer (French pronunciation:[ksɔ̃ʁylɔ̃ʒmɛʁ]) is acommune in theVosgesdepartment inGrand Est in northeasternFrance.
The commune is located in the upper valley of theVologne river, that goes up to theSchlucht mountain pass. The lowest point of this valley is located 642 m (2,106 ft) above sea level. TheLongemer lake is located at 736 m (2,415 ft) and the highest point is theHaut de Falimont at 1,306 m (4,285 ft), located near theHohneck.
It is one of 188 communes in theBallons des Vosges Nature Park.[3]
Its inhabitants arecalledXonrupéens in French.
