Xinghai County (Chinese:兴海县;Tibetan:བྲག་དཀར་རྫོང་།) is acounty under the jurisdiction ofHainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, in the east-central part ofQinghai Province,China.

Xinghai has an area of 13,158 km2 (5,080 sq mi), and a 2001 population of 60,000.
