Xidan Station (simplified Chinese:西单站;traditional Chinese:西單站;pinyin:Xīdān Zhàn) is astation onLine 1 andLine 4 of theBeijing Subway located in theXidan commercial district.[1] The station on average has 60,000 entrances and exits per day.[2] It was the terminus of Line 1 until it was extended eastward toSihui Dong (E) on September 28, 1999.
