Wismes (French pronunciation:[wim];West Flemish:Wijme; olderDutch:Wijme) is acommune in thePas-de-Calaisdepartment, region ofHauts-de-France, northern France.[3]
Wismes is located twelve miles (19 km) southwest ofSaint-Omer, at the D132 andD205 road junction, comprising the villages and hamlets of Wismes, Cantemerle, Fourdebecques, Marival, Rietz-Mottu, Saint-Pierre-Wismes and Salvecques.
