German politician (born 1948)

Willi Piecyk (born 11 August 1948 inMunich; died 1 August 2008 inGroßhansdorf) was aGermanpolitician andMember of the European Parliament with theSocial Democratic Party of Germany, part of theSocialist Group and sat on theEuropean Parliament'sCommittee on Fisheries and itsCommittee on Transport and Tourism.

He was a substitute for theCommittee on Budgets and a member of theDelegation to theEU-Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia Joint Parliamentary Committee.

From 1966 to 1968, he served as a police officer.
