WikiProject Yorùbá is a project covering the scope of topics related toYorùbáland, theYorùbá and theYoruba language. WikiProject Yoruba was created on February 13, 2011 and is aimed at bringing together all Yorùbá related articles under one project to effectively monitor the coverage of these topics and in order for a community of users interested in the topics to form. Any users interested in contributing to the scope of articles covered or are already active in contributing can add their username under the 'Participants' section on this page.

• Assess theunassessed Yoruba articles as Stub, Start, B-Class, etc. More on assessmenthere.
• Tag all Yoruba-relevant articles with {{YorubaProject | class= }} and an assessment.
• Create all yet-uncreated project pages (those in red). SeeWikipedia:WikiProject Yoruba/List of missing Yoruba topics
• Create Yoruba subcategories and populate the created categories. Remove items fromCategory:Yoruba that ought to be in subcategories.
