Welcome to theIndianapolis Department. This department was created April 14, 2010, after WikiProject Indianapolis became inactive. Its goal is to better manage information in articles related to the city ofIndianapolis in theU.S. state ofIndiana. This group is dedicated to improving Wikipedia's coverage of Indianapolis and the organization of information and articles on this topic. This page and its subpages contain their suggestions and various resources; it is hoped that this department will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians interested in the topic. Goals
ScopeThe scope of thisWikiProject is any article dealing withIndianapolis orMarion County. The Project hopes to create, assess, and include every article having to do with Indianapolis or its immediateneighborhoods.
