Welcome to theTurks and Caicos Islands work group ofWikiProject Caribbean! This group was formed to better organize articles on theTurks and Caicos Islands in a spirit of cooperation.

Please note: The Turks and Caicos Islands are not located in theCaribbean Sea, but rather in theAtlantic Ocean. They are, however, a part of theWest Indies lying near the Caribbean Sea and sharing many common attributes with the islands of theCaribbean.

This group includes within its scope all articles related to the Turks and Caicos Islands, its cities, geography, transportation, culture, history and so on. It aims to expand Wikipedia's resources on the Turks and Caicos Islands in a fair and accurate manner. All of these articles should be contained within theCategory:Turks and Caicos Islands or one of its subcategories.
