I am returning to counter vandalism and believe that being able to view IP addresses of temporary accounts will be valuable to identify patterns of vandalism. I've returned to being active with counter-vandalism since I earned rollback rights a few months ago. I think it'd be useful to have TAIV rights as I have already encountered a few TAs who I suspect are the same person. I would like to request this userright because I have done a lot of work in the past in recent changes patrolling and especially dealing with long-term abusers. I don't foresee myself using it a lot because behavioral evidence is usually a dead-ringer, but I still think it would be useful to have.
