Talk:List of states with limited recognition
The fact that Japan does not have diplomatic relations with North Korea does not mean that it does not recognize North Korea as a sovereign state. If Japan is to be added as a state that does not recognize Norh Korea, a source must be added to support that claim. Notably, both states have signed theJapan–North Korea Pyongyang Declaration, which includes language such as "issues between the two countries," "among the countries concerned," etc. that demonstrates that both Japan and North Korea recognize each other as sovereign states. – Zntrip 18:25, 4 November 2025 (UTC)
