Recently Digwuren editwarred with another editor onJüri Uluots until both editors were blocked[6]. Then while Digwuren was blocked, DLXchanged the article back thereby violating both 3RR and block evasion if the two are related.

Digurwen wascreated shortly after DLX wasblocked on April 30.
