There is also a post in Russian that seems to use a word google transliterates as this in the headline, based on Google translate that post seems to be about accommodation nearNational University of Kharkiv. The problem here is not that the target list is not exclusive to people executed in the United States, but that the target contains no information on where they were executed or what their crime(s) were (the search term doesn't mention nationality at all). This information is available though in the lists by state atLists of people executed in the United States#By state, either explicitly in the table (e.g. New Hampshire) or because everyone listed was convicted of murder (e.g. Illinois).
