Please, also bear in mind that for this artist is seriously impossible to find uncopyrighted pictures on internet, that is why I chose the option of screenshot, which seems to be the only available possibility. She does not go public, does not communicate with press, it is a physically disabled singer who does not even leave her home for years. There's a big publisher logo right over the art, and the image was re-sized down considerably some time ago. If the image is noncompliant somehow, I'm not seeing it - can you explain specifically what would need to be done to get it compliant? To clarify, the proper WP policy is not "fair use rules," but WP:Non-free content. It is helpful to the discussion if arguments are made in reference to WP policy. Multiple nonfree book covers per se is not necessarily against WP policy. Note that Template: Non-free book cover recognizes that in some cases articles may have multiple book covers. If an article, for example, discusses a foreign language edition of the work as a subtopic, it would be appropriate to illustrate that subtopic with a cover of that foreign edition. In discussing an artist's alternate depictions of the same book in multiple editions, it also would be relevant to use those illustrations together. Other arguments could be made in similar lines. The image in question is a book cover of the German version of "Tempus," one of the books in the series. In my opinion, a book cover with illustration would be allowed under WP:Non-free content, 2, "Respect for commercial opportunities. Non-free content is not used in a manner that is likely to replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media." Since the market role of the original copyrighted media (the book cover as a whole with logos and text) is to sell the book, and reproduction of the book cover is widely used in a publisher's catalog, book reviews, etc., it would be difficult for a publisher to argue that a low-resolution reproduction of a book cover degrades commerial opportunities. • Delete. A couple of different NFCC criteria have been discussed above, but a non-free file must pass all of the criteria: seeWP:JUSTONE. The original nomination is based uponWP:NFCC#8 (although it really isn't about fair use), and now that I have been able to see the article at which the image has been used, I have to say that it fails.
