Roscelese (talk ·contribs ·deleted contribs ·logs ·filter log ·block user ·block log) is subject to the following restrictions. Other than in cases of indisputable vandalism or BLP violations, they are indefinitely prohibited from:

• making more than one revert per page per day, and are required to discuss any content reversions on the page's talk page;
• making rollback-type reverts that fail to provide an explanation for the revert;
• Roscelese (talk ·contribs ·deleted contribs ·logs ·filter log ·block user ·block log) is indefinitely prohibited from engaging in conduct which, in the opinion of any uninvolved administrator, casts aspersions, or personalises disputes.

These restrictions may be appealed to the committee twelve months after the enactment of this remedy, and every twelve months thereafter. Should Roscelese breach any of these restrictions, she may be blocked for per thestandard Enforcement provision below.

Following a successful appeal to the Committee theOctober 2013 amendment to theRace and intelligence case is rescinded andMathsci (talk ·contribs) is unbanned from the English Wikipedia.The unban has been granted on the condition that Mathsci continue to refrain from making any edit about, and from editing any page relating to the race and intelligence topic area, broadly construed. This is to be enforced as a standard topic ban.(rescinded 21 January 2017) The following editing restrictions are in force indefinitely:

• Thetwo-way interaction bans withThe Devil's Advocate (talk ·contribs) andCla68 (talk ·contribs) enacted in aSeptember 2013 amendment to theRace and intelligence case.
• Atwo-way interaction ban withFerahgo the Assassin (talk ·contribs) is enacted in accordance with theRace and intelligence casereview.

This motion is to be enforced under theenforcement clauses of theRace and intelligence case.

They may be banned by any administrator from editing any or all articles which relate to the region of Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Iran and the ethnic and historical issues related to that area should they fail to maintain a reasonable degree of civility in their interactions with one another concerning disputes which may arise.

With the exception of obvious vandalism or obvious violations of the policy on biographies of living persons:

• GiantSnowman is prohibited from reverting another editor's contribution without providing an explanation in the edit summary. Default edit summaries provided by MediaWiki or user scripts are not sufficient for the purpose of this restriction. For the avoidance of doubt, use of MediaWiki rollback with an edit summary via a user script such asthis one, or via massRollback.js, is permitted.
• GiantSnowman is prohibited from blocking an editor who has not been recently warned for the conduct in question. For the purposes of this restriction, "recently" is assumed to be within 7 days.

Violations may be reported by any editor toWP:AE. GiantSnowman may appeal any or all of these sanctions, including the review itself, directly to the Arbitration Committee at any time.

Should Johnpacklambert fail to adhere to anynormal editorial process or expectations in the topic area, any uninvolved administrator may remove the categories for discussion exception (therefore reinstating the topic ban for all deletion discussions) as anarbitration enforcement action. Appeal of such a reinstatement would follow the normalarbitration enforcement appeals process. After twelve months from the date this motion is enacted, if the topic ban has not been reinstated or any reinstatements have been successfully appealed, this provision allowing for reinstatement by an uninvolved administrator will automatically lapse.

• Changing the capitalization of any phrase in the encyclopedia.
• Moving or renaming any page or subpage in the encyclopedia.
• Taking part in any discussion about capitalization, broadly construed, in the encyclopedia.
