What few sources exist that even mention the character are only doing so to state his relation to the more notableBlack Cat (Marvel Comics), so the only realWP:ATD would be to redirect to that article.     Even so, he's highly tied to Black Cat's backstory. It's not unreasonable to contain info on Black Cat's article given their close ties across multiple canons. We don't really need to cover all of his appearances; we aren't a host ofWikipedia:INDISCRIMINATE collections of information.
