Seems like a splendid person, involved in all sorts of admirable volunteer work, but the sources cited that mention him do so only in passing, and in a WP:BEFORE search I couldn't find any significant coverage of him in English or Bangla. Posed photo taken by article creator and unsourced claims about his early life suggest a conflict of interest. But as explained atWikipedia's guidelines on significant coverage, the sources would need to address the topic directly and in detail to show notability. None of the three articles are about him: the first two quote him, and the third mentions him in passing. Can you find any reliable sources which are actually about Tasfique Haque?
