TheWest Branch Nezinscot River is an 18.7-mile-long (30.1 km)[1] river inMaine. It flows from Shagg Pond inWoodstock (44°25′12″N70°31′48″W / 44.4200°N 70.5301°W /44.4200; -70.5301 (West Branch Nezinscot River source)) to itsconfluence with theEast Branch inBuckfield. The resulting river, theNezinscot, flows east to theAndroscoggin River, which in turn flows southeast to theKennebec River near its mouth at theAtlantic Ocean.
