These are the results of theMen's Lightweight Weightlifting Event (– 67.5 kg) at the1980 Olympic Weightlifting competition inMoscow. A total of 20 men competed in this event, limited to competitors with a maximumbody weight of 67.5 kilograms.

Each weightlifter had three attempts for both thesnatch andclean and jerk lifting methods. The total of the best successful lift of each method was used to determine the final rankings and medal winners. Competition took place on 23 July in theIzmailovo Sports Palace.[1][2]
