Wayne Colin Maxwell (born 18 October 1982[1]) is a retired professional motorcycle racer fromAustralia. He was theAustralian Superbike champion in 2013, 2020, 2021[2] and theAustralasian Superbike[3] and Australian FX Superbike champion in 2014.[4] He races in the Australasian Superbike Championship aboard aYamaha YZF-R1.
He contested one round of the2010 Moto2 season atPhillip Island, where he was disqualified from the race following a physical altercation withHéctor Faubel.[5]
