The ground held its firstList A match in the2001/02 6 Nations Challenge when Namibia playedSri Lanka A. In 2004, the ground held its firstfirst-class match between Namibia andUganda in the2004 Intercontinental Cup. The firstTwenty20 match was played on the ground in 2010, between Namibia andBermuda, with the ground holding a further Twenty20 match between Namibia and Uganda later in 2010.[2]
In April 2013, the ground hosted its first everinternational T20 match betweenKenya and theNetherlands.
