Walderton is ahamlet in theChichesterdistrict ofWest Sussex, England. It lies on the B2146 road 4 miles (6.4 km) northeast ofEmsworth. It is in thecivil parish ofStoughton. The name Walderton derives from thetown of Wealdhere's people.[1]
The village lies just below the source of theRiver Ems.[2][3] It is crossed by theMonarch's Way long-distance footpath,[4] and has a pub named theBarley Mow.[5]
