Waggy was anunincorporated community on the border ofBraxton andNicholas counties,West Virginia, United States, located just west of theWebster County line on the road fromBays toErbacon and alogging railroad fromRamp Run. It was also known asRose Hill.
The community was named after Henry Waggy, a businessperson in the lumber industry.[2]
