WLSF (88.3MHz) is aChristian contemporarystation licensed toStarke, Florida.[4] It is owned byEducational Media Foundation and is an affiliate ofK-Love.
The station began broadcasting in 1982, and held the call signWTLG.[1][2] It was owned by Starke Christian Education Radio & TV and aired asouthern gospel format.[1][5] In 2008, the station was sold toAmerican Family Association for $225,000, and it became an affiliate ofAmerican Family Radio.[6][7]
In 2014, American Family Association traded WTLG andKNDW inWilliston, North Dakota to Educational Media Foundation, in exchange forWVDA inValdosta, Georgia.[8] WTLG became an affiliate of K-Love.[9] On December 15, 2014, the station's call sign was changed toWCKL-FM.[2] On March 12, 2018, its call sign was briefly changed toWLUP-FM, after swapping call signs with97.9 in Chicago.[2] On March 19, 2018, its call sign was changed toWLSF.[2]
